A psychic comes in, sits down and begins to find their space. They ground and run energy. Earth energy is for the body because the body is of the earth. Bread is of the earth. Cosmic energy is for the spirit. Wine is a symbol of the spirit. Our running energy is a form of celebrating the Eucharist.
